Our Doctors
Dr. Daniel Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree from Michigan State University and his doctorate of optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry.
He has served as president of the Metropolitan Detroit Optometric Society and has been awarded the Keyperson Award from the Michigan Optometric Association for his contributions to the profession. Through the years Dr. Phillips has trained and mentored a number of students that are now optometrists. In his spare time, he enjoys playing guitar and spending time with his children, Will and Blake.
Dr. Will E. Phillips received a Bachelor of Science degree from Ohio State University and his doctorate of optometry from the Illinois College of Optometry. He established the practice in 1959 and is still a vital part of office.
His career has been one of service to the community and the profession of optometry. He has served as president of the local and state optometric associations, as a national chairperson for VISION USA and as an examiner for the National Board of Examiners in Optometry. The scope of the practice of optometry in Michigan is largely due to his efforts within the political system; he has been honored by the Illinois College of Optometry as one of its 125 most distinguished alumni. He and his wife, Donna, enjoy spending time with their three children and six grandchildren
